Here is an outline of the process to become a licensed real estate agent:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a criminal background check
- Take two courses (Real Estate Practice and Real Estate Fundamentals) and pass 2 tests
- Schedule and pass the State Licensing Exam

After passing two tests and one exam, you will need to be affiliated with a PA real estate broker, who will train you and serve as your legal adviser. That's all you need to do to get to work!
