Parks began his career in real estate in August of 1993. He is a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Denardo has been a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors since his licensure back in 1993. He has been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer for several years.  He specializes in representing buyers and sellers in both commercial and residential transactions. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2000. He and his wife, Tina, are avid real estate investors and own property in Armstrong County. Parks and Tina reside in Manor Township with their six(6) children and two(2) english bulldogs. He has been a life long resident of Manor Township.

Tina Denardo began her career in real estate in 2005 as a partner in real estate investing with her husband Parks. She has since became the Administrative Assistant at Denardo Realty,Inc. She also holds a real estate license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She will specialize in providing our customers and clients with an excellence of service by both her adiministrative duties and her Sales Executive position.  Her previous accomplishements include receiving a license in Nursing from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1993. She was employed from 1993 till spring of 2007 when Denardo Realty, Inc. was formed.
Tina enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Tina grew up in the Freeport/Sarver area, so she too has been a life long resident of Armstrong County.
 



Bill Boarts began his Real Estate career in February 2003, specializing as a Consultant in Residential New Home Construction. In January 2008, he joined Denardo Realty, Inc. to expand his sevice to include Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions. Bill attended Penn State University at University Park and holds a Real Estate license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. A Lifelong resident of Armstrong and Butler counties, Bill was self-employed for many years as the founder and owner of Armstrong Office Products in Ford City. Bill and his wife Sue have 5 children and 5 grandchildren and reside in Kittanning. A strong believer in personal service, Bill strives to provide value in each transaction through hard work, integrity, and focusing on each client's individual needs.
